Step-by-Step Guide

How Commercial Truck Financing Works

A step-by-step walkthrough of our process from application to funding.

01

Application Submission

Complete our online application in 10–15 minutes. Provide basic business info, owner details, and vehicle information. You can save and return at any time.

02

Underwriting Review

Our team evaluates your credit profile, time in business, revenue, cash flow, and collateral strength. Most applications receive initial review within 24–48 hours.

03

Document Collection

We request supporting documents such as CDL, bank statements (last 3 months), business license, tax returns, and truck information. Complete files move fastest.

04

Vehicle Appraisal

We review the commercial vehicle being financed — assessing market value, condition, mileage, engine hours, title status, and maintenance history to determine collateral strength.

05

Approval Decision

We issue an approval decision with proposed terms: loan amount, rate, term length, monthly payment, and required down payment. Conditional approvals may require additional items.

06

Insurance Verification

You must provide proof of commercial vehicle insurance with FastFinance Capital Group listed as lienholder. Coverage must meet our minimum requirements before funding.

07

Loan Documentation

You review and e-sign your loan agreement through the secure borrower portal. Proof of address and banking information are verified at this stage.

08

Funding & Title Processing

Once all conditions are satisfied, funds are disbursed. Title is processed with FastFinance Capital Group noted as lienholder until the loan is paid in full.
